At 108 Creations, we want you to shop with confidence. Our No Hassle Return Policy makes returning items simple and stress-free. We gladly accept returns and exchanges if you notify us within three days of delivery. You can ship your items back within 30 days of delivery. Product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.   
Fast Processing:
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly, usually within1 business day.
We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product. If it is not our fault and the reason of your return is one of the following: an item didn’t fit, didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc., you will need to pay a shipping fee. In those cases shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

How long does it take to ship my order?

We know you’re eager to receive your order, so we work hard to ship all purchases the same day or by the next. We’re just as excited to get it on its way to you!

How long does it take for international orders to be delivered?

We strive to ship all orders the same day or by the next, but once your package is on its way, it’s in the hands of the courier. While we can provide tracking details and assist with any questions based on our transit monitoring experience, the delivery time may vary. Sometimes it arrives within a week, but it can occasionally take up to a month. On rare occasions, customs may hold the package for 1–2 weeks for inspection, and unfortunately, there's not much we can do about that. We appreciate your patience and understanding as your order makes its journey! Fortunately, we've never experienced an order that wasn’t delivered, declined by customs, or arrived damaged or lost. We take great care in ensuring your order reaches you safely and on time.

I did not receive my order

We’re sorry to hear that you haven't received your order despite the status showing as delivered. Sometimes packages can be left in unexpected places or with neighbors. Please check around your delivery area, and if you still can’t find it, contact us with your order details. We’ll assist you in investigating the issue with the courier. If the order is confirmed as lost, we will issue a full refund.

Can I swim or workout in my jewelry?

For sterling silver jewelry without any plating, occasional exposure to water is generally fine, as pure sterling silver is quite resilient. However, it’s still best to avoid wearing it in chlorinated pools or during intense workouts, as chemicals and sweat can cause tarnishing over time. To keep it looking its best, a quick polish after exposure to water will help maintain its shine!
